Roger D. McGuyer - Owner
I was raised in Independence, KS. I moved to Manhattan, KS to attend Kansas State University in 2002. In 2003 I was given a chance to work for a framing company and I found my passion. Since then I have been with two companies to perfect my trade. May of 2018 I decided it was time to venture out on my own and build our dream. RnR comes from my twin brother, Ryan, and I. We were supposed to start this company together until his unfortunate death in 2005. I dedicate this company to him and my family.

I have been married since 2013 to my wife, Kelly. Kelly works in the office, answering phone calls and emails, making appointments, and keeping me on schedule. We live in the Riley area with our three children, where they attend Riley County Schools (Go Falcons!)
